Am i overweight.....?!


Question: Am i overweight!.!.!.!.!.!?
Am i fat!. I'm 5'1'', 12 years old, and 107 pounds!. I weigh myself every day and look at my stomach to see if theres a change!. Nothin seems to work, and i'm starting to cut down on meals but that causes me to eat more the next day!. I'm afraid i might do somthing else that i will totally regret, is there anything i can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay you definitely should not be looking at a scale everyday!!!! your just gonna tear yourself apart!!!!! im your age and around your height and weight and your weight seems to be perfect actually!. dont skip meals thats retarted!. because when you skip meals you just get hungry then eat 30 snacks and you gain weight!. also keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat!. i dont know you but if your muscular and not not so much "chubby" then the number should b higher!!!! the scale cant tell you how much muscel you have compared to fat so in my opinion scales are pointless!. and i know as soon as your weight is over 100 pounds its like panic time!. but dont weigh yourself again!. because if you dont look fat your not no matter what the scale says its not gonna change the way you look!!!! its just gonna ruin all your confidence!. but if u rele do feel bad about the way u look cuz u think ur stomack is a lil big try sit ups!!!! im not evn kiddin!!! do like 25 wen u wake up and 25 b4 u go 2 bed!!!! i kno 4 a fact it works and ur roll or anything go away soooo much faster then u would think!!! like less than a week if its not that bad!!!!!! also did u kno u get fat b4 u grow taller!?!!?!?!!?! mayb ur gonna grow then no more tummy junk!!!! also if sit ups arent ur think dnt stop eating meals just lay off of snacks!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

go get your body fat percentage checked first,then decide whether or not you really need to lose any weight,as for any female a body fat percentage exceeding 30% isnt healthy at all!.!.change your lifestyle for good via regular mix of cardio and toning/resistance exercises in moderation and a balanced diet!.Thus, whatever fat comes off,stays off for good!God bless you dear!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

See I'm pretty much the same!. I'm 5'1", 13, and 115 pounds!. Now the thing is "fat" is a relative term!. You could weigh a lot and have a lot of muscle!. Or you could weigh a lot and just be big boned and be in regular shape!. But for me, it's my stomach!. I have like a stomach that sticks out a lot and is flabby!. I know I need to tone up, but you could be in great shape!. Personally I don't think it's bad if you weigh a lot and you aren't flabby!. Basically what I'm trying to say is don't worry about your weight!Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh jeez you are not fat!. =] but as you grow older, like 15+, some people's metabolism slows so more fat and stuff stays on your body, so i'd watch what you eat!. dont stuff a bunch of junk food down!.
but if you do want to diet, don't cut down on meals!. you'll get unhealthy!. just get at least a good exercise each day (walk around outside for a while) and always keep your stomach moving by eating three good meals, and a healthy snack in between!. it also helps to eat some sunflower seeds or some kind of seed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Keep weighing yourself to track your progress!. Keep cutting down on meals, or replace them with diet soda or celery all together!. When you want to eat more the next day, just think about how crummy you'll feel when the scale goes up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's all in the muscles dear and you are growing!. You NEED to eat sorry to break it to ya but NONE of those trainers and I guarantee you people like chuck norris who is fit for his age and looks young for his age - they eat plenty of meals but they also do burning work outs!.

It's harder to do a work out when you tighten your muscles at the same time trying to do a sit up - or tightening them while your running it's actually very easy!. One can tighten all muscles of the body - which is why walking is preferable as it does just that!. They say you lose more weight standing up than sitting down but I just gave you the obvious answer as to why your electronic wiring of the body which provides signals to the brain kicks your body into gear!. This is why now they are saying the brain partially affects the weight which is very very true; but also so does where your living - how healthy you are - what foods you eat and that's hard these days there are tons of crap in them even if you are eating healthy you may not be eating as healthy as you think (i!.e!. eating your greens as you should doesn't make you healthy)!.

Being able to move around and do things actively without your joints breaking down etc!. There was a woman who started to jog and her bones got stronger but she was also drinking enough milk and eating enough proteins!.


So do not deprive your body that is why it is fighting back saying FEED ME your body was made to produce a child which requires you feeding yourself correctly eating enough nutrients which are found in a lot of foods!.!.go research if you must!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
