How do you lose weight?!


Question: How do you lose weight!?
Im 168cm and i weigh 170lbs i wanna get to 140 atleast im 15 years old!. ive tried eatting less but then i 4get sometimes at lunch and end up eating macdonalds or me and friends go to pho (viet noodles) my skwl is right next to a mall!. Any answers may help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

at 15, you should be careful!. I'm only telling you this because I had an eating disorder at your age!. For starters, skipping meals, like eating less, is not good!. That is not the correct way to diet!. Cut out all pop(soda), and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day!.(I use the no sugar, no calorie flavoring), and get at least 30 minutes of cardio a day!. That can even be split up into intervals!. Riding bikes are perfect, or even just dance in your room for 30 minutes everyday!. Eat breakfast, it really does help you lose weight!. I lost 40 pounds from march to july of 2008!. I cut out all pop monday-friday, and ate 3 meals a day!. I did cardio for 30 minutes a day, and weight training (8 pound dumbells with squats and leaps)!. you can even rest for 2 days a week!. also, don't start out at the 30 minutes a day, start with what you can handle, and build your way up!. well, first of all, I would say exercising!. Plus a healthy diet really works!. I used to be like 145 or something and now I weigh 125!. For me, that really did help!. You can give exercising a try and burn those calories by working out and getting fit!. Then you can have all the ladies/guys look at that!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What I did was started off with a calorie change! I have Special K with 1 cup of skim milk for breakfast!. For lunch I had a can of tuna and fruit; and dinner a Turkey sandwich on half calorie wheat bread and a salad!. Use that diet and workout about an hour a day and you will shed them pounds!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use the food money to get a gym membership, the mall should have a gym near by!.

This would force you to reduce your food budget and have a professional manage you health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Run Long Distance
Drink Water instead of soft drinks
Try cutting out carbohydrates (worked for a friend of mine)
