Does taking painkillers excessively cause muscle fatigue?!
Question: Does taking painkillers excessively cause muscle fatigue!?
Fatigue being the opposite of soreness, like tired and dull!.
I'm just curious because I take painkillers before practice everyday (they're always sore [not fatigued] from the practice before), usually ibuprofen!. During practice however, my legs always feel tired and like jelly (I run track), but never sore!. So the ibuprofen obviously works, but I was wondering whether it's making them fatigued!?
