Should I continue to take CREATINE when I wake up?!

Question: Should I continue to take CREATINE when I wake up!?
On workout days I take creatine right after I'm done!. On off/cardio days I take it right when I wake up!. (when my body needs nutrition the most so it absorbs creatine better)!.

Today, I took it when I woke up because it was an off day for me, and when I went to the gym to run i realized that it was closed on Christmas so I worked out, and I could do more reps on many exercises so should I continue to just take it when I wake up every time!? Everyone's body is different and maybe this works better for me, any advice!?

I also understand that it's just a supplement and I cannot treat them like crutches, because the most important thing is eating right, but it still helped a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It doesn't make sense to take creatine when you wake up, unless you are going to work out an hour later!. You don't need to take creatine in off-days!. If your muscular system is already loaded with creatine, then the excess creatine will be wasted!. The main goal of creatine is help you in the last repetitions of the sets, so it gives you some endurance and you should work out harder than normal or you will be just wasting your money!. If you take creatine to lift some presents in christmas, then it doesn't make sense!.

I'll recommed you to take Whey protein supplement even in the off days, but not creatine!. Take Whey protein first thing in the morning and pre-post workout!. Casein protein supplement for nights and you will start to add some muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
