How can I quickly add muscle mass to my legs?!


Question: How can I quickly add muscle mass to my legs!?
Right now my legs are stick skinny, and I can't stand them!

I just got off for Christmas break so I finally have the spare time to start up a work out routine!. What are specific exercises I can do that will efficiently and quickly add tone and muscle to my legs!?

If you say something like squats and lunges, then please tell me how to do them, how many to do, and how many times per day!. I need specific answers please, and thank you!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

ahh! have my muscle and i will have your legs!! seriously i am trying to lose muscle mass at the moment and i WISH i had thin legs like yours!.

anyways, i suggest to do as many squats as you can to start!. then you can find out how many it takes to feel a burn!. im guessing it will be around 30!? its hard to know without knowing your exercise background though!. same with lunges!. you could also try joining a gym to use weights, which is probably a quicker way to go about it!.

or if you wanted something different, you could try ice skating! thats what i used to do, and its impossible NOT to build your thighs doing that!. see if the rink near you has adult classes if you are 18+ or if you are younger try join a class!. or just go to the public sessions!
