Question: Weight training for people who are overweight !?
OK I'm 15 years old, I'm about 5ft,7inches and I weigh about 14 stone I know I'm overweight but I've just starting weight training, any tips on a diet for me!?

you dont need to start off skinny!. I started off extremely overweight and this is what I am now:

You just have to make sure you do tone building first before muscle building!. do light weight and alot of reps to cut the fat off!. Then start body building!. You dont neccesarily have to stay away from the weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The word "overweight" spells out varying things to varying individuals!. It's a good idea to set off at the beginning, and ascertain if you are really overweight for your size or not, by working out your BMI (Body Mass Index)!. any work out is good, but be sure to do some cardio to have a healthy heart!. cardio is things like running, swimming and jogging!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
