What is a exercise bulimic and am i one?!


Question: What is a exercise bulimic and am i one!?
How much exercise does an Exercise do!? and Im i one!? I used to be anorexic and i now eat normal but exercise alot here was my schedule today


Breakfast: Instant Oatmeal with cereal on top and a small banana

then i went to the gym and ran 8 miles at 7mph+ and a little bit of ab work

Then i had a blended Hazelnut Cafe Latte with non-fat milk

Then for dinner i had a turkey cranberry wrap with a small salad (no cal dressing)

and a few scoops of fat free frozen yogurt with a Low cal cereal puffs on top

I usually do this schedule 3 days a week and on other days its the same thing except instead of running i have 90 minute ballet class and rehearsals, and on the weekends i have performances and rehearsals

If i dont workout a day I freak out and feel guilty eating, Im 17 5'4 about 90 and i used to be 77 when i was annorexic but now im recoveringWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you're recovering then you should talk to your treatment team or therapist/psychiatrist if you have one about possibly having exercise bulimia!. if you are self recovering than i really recommend getting a therapist!. it makes things a lot easier to deal with if you can find a therapist you really trust

I don't think that is excersize bulimia!.!.!. but it is on the verge!. Someone with that problem usually eats around 1200 calories a day and runs at least 10 miles every single day!.

You are excersizing ALOT!.!.!.!. which is good, but you dont need to excersize that much! Your already tiny!.!.!.!. you should be gaining weight not losing!. As long as you continue to put on pounds your doing good, but if you are maintaining/losing weight, then I would seek therapy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well if you are guilty about not working out but cna not work out you are fine!. If you feel strongly negative about nto working out you should see a shrink!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
