I lift almost every day, is this bad?!

Question: I lift almost every day, is this bad!?
I lift everyday except on Fridays and the weekend!. I stretch before and after lifting, so i don't stunt my growth!. I read somewhere that it will hurt you and you won't bulk up as fast!. Is this true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
No, not bad!. But there are a lot of other things involved here, like proper rest for each body part, & if you want to grow, getting enough nutrients!.

Yes, it is bad!. The muscles do not have time to rebuild!.

Lifting itself does not build muscles - it actually 'breaks down' muscles' structure!. It is during the following 5 to 7 days that the muscles rebuild to a state a little better than before!.

So the recommendation from the latest experts is that you exercise vigorously for about 45 minutes three or four times per week, ensuring that DIFFERENT (not shouting but for emphasis) muscle groups are exercised to almost the breaking point on the different exercise days!. That way, the muscles will have time to rebuild incrementally over the weekly schedule!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should always stretch before doing any exercising, but if you don't, it won't stunt your growth!. The only reason that it would hurt you NOT to stretch before you lift, is if you lift too much right away!. With your muscles not being warmed up, you could pull or tear something!. Now, with that being said, lifting 4 days a week is fine!. However, one day you should concentrate on your upper body and the next concentrate on your lower body!. You can do upper body on a lower body day, but don't overdo it!. You need to give your muscles time to recover!. Enjoy your workouts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Theres an old saying in bodybuilding that says you dont grow in the gym, you grow outside of it!. That means that the majority of muscle you put on will happen by pre and post training diet, and supplementation!.
Your muscles need to fully heal before exhausting them again!. L-glutamine, and ZMA (zinc magnesium asparate) also help speed recovery and growth!. By drinking a fast absorbing whey protein shake immediately after your work out youll feed your muscles with much needed building blocks for growth!. Also an amplified creatine cycle may help with muscle density and size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
