Question: I wanna get REALLY strong!. How can I do this without taking up too much time!?

Answers:
Lift heavy weight, low reps!. Focus on whole body workout rather than isolation!. For example, forget the bicep curls and crap and do some weighted chinups!. Don't do tricep presses, instead, load some heavy weight and bench press!. Don't do the leg extensions, do squats!.

Of course, you can do what you want and you will gain muscle, but I've read that your muscles build more when you stimulate several at a time!. Isolating a single muscle is only meant for catching a specific muscle up when it isn't in proportion to other muscles (for body builders basically who have to have perfectly shaped muscles)!. For everyone else, compound exercises should be best!.

Here is a great program called Rippetoe's Starting Strength that has worked better than anything I've tried!. It is aimed toward beginners, but I'm still on it and seeing muscle gains even after a year!.

Exercise twice a day or more if you want to be more strong!.and eat healthy food and drink milk and eat yogurt and cheese!.calcium makes you and your bones stronger!.the healthy foods are:apple,berries and pear!.the other healthy foods are:cabbage and carrot cucumbers and remember;eat lean meat such as fish or chicken or pork but don't eat fatty stuff wich make your muscles weaker and the fatty food are;meat fatty,candy and stuff containing oil and oily stuff!.good luck! hope that helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Easy answer simple solution!

Pushups, Im not talking half *** ones either!. Should maintain good form threw out and at the moment the speed or form is compromised then stop that set!. Now to give those pushups (which is already amazing in itself) a little boost!.!.for the first five reps of each set go explosive as you can on the eccentric (lifting yourself off the ground) part!. Lift as fast as possible!. A 2-3 sec count on the way down should be sufficient!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
