Abnormal pulse rate 100+ on running machine?!
Question: Abnormal pulse rate 100+ on running machine!?
My parents bought a running machine the other day, and i had a little go on it then measured my pulse, according to it i got a pulse of 100!.
I dont think it measures over 100 as it wont rise over it!.
Is this abnormal or normal, my parents think im going to have a heart attack or something but i feel fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How long were your running for!? If your heart rate really was only 100 you weren't really trying! I would expect your heart rate to be up around 140-150 bpm if you were jogging for ten minutes or so!. I've measured my heart rate at 180 bpm in a sprint finish after a 10K race!.
