The best way to find out your maximum heart rate would be to see a cardiologist to accurately find this number!. (Although costly possibly)!.
Aside from that there is a general guideline for finding your MHR!.
WOMEN: 226-your age = age-adjusted Max HR
MEN: 220-your age = age-adjusted Max HR
This value however is not a heart rate you will be able to sustain while working out!. You will likely be able to do 70-80% of this heart rate for at least 15 minutes to start!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
