Simplest way to clean the colon (for free) is with a coffee enema!.
Buy an enema kit (less than 20$) from your pharmacy and dilute two cups coffee with six cups water and apply!. Coffee stimulates the peristaltic movement of the colon and the water flushes everything out!. Repeat once or twice until it runs clear!.
don't do it more than every two weeks though, otherwise your bowels may get lazy!.
