I think that you eat healthy!. Eating pizza and kebab once in a while is not that bad and it's better than candy!. You probably should increase your calorie intake but don't start counting calories if you're not already at it!. It's just time consuming and it doesn't apply the same to everybody!. If you want to gain weight you only need to eat more calories and that's it!. Worrying about eating too much bread is not necessary either!. I was hospitalized for anorexia and in the treatment I had to eat almost 8 slices of bread every day and even though that might not be the best way to compare I am aware of that my calorie needs aren't even close to yours!.

Gaining weight is easier if you eat more fat and harder if you eat more protein since that is what fills your stomach up the most but if you are into building muscles then you have to go the hard way and turn it around so that your protein-intake is higher!. Despite this, carbohydrates are supposed to take up the greatest space in your daily intake of energy!.

Protein rich foods are eggwhites, meat, milk products, beans, peas, nuts, seeds, well!.!. you probably know the basics!.

I don't think that you eat too little protein though - don't worry about that!.

Some people have harder time building muscles than others but once the cells are there they won't dissappear (or it is easier to build muscles if they have been there before)

Jogging and boxing are almost equal when it comes to using up energy and staying fit!. It depends on your pace when jogging but mostly jogging will burn more calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating fatty foods will put fat on! Not muscle!
So you will need to eat much more protein foods or shakes than you are because of the amount of training you take part in!.

When you are aerobic training, try to train at a very high intensity which actually strengthens muscle tissue!. Any lower intensity uses other systems which weaken muscle tissue to use for energy!.

(hence why sprint runner are muscular and marathon runner not muscular at all)

It is recommended to eat 45g of protein a day but with your workout i would double that! So that your muscles can use it!

Having a take out is fine every other week or so! I wouldnt cut all ur enjoyable foods out as it will decrease your motivation!! And you are working out enough to burn off the fat!.

Also if you have alot of trouble gaining weight and are very thin maybe consult your doctor about possibly having an overactive thyroidWww@Answer-Health@Com
