How to get a Curvier body?!


Question: How to get a Curvier body!?
Im an slimmish girl!.
People tell me ive got curves,
but i'd love to be more Curvy,
yh know, bigger hips, legs, arms, butt!?
Any advice on how to acheive this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you are stuck with your skeleton so hips can't get wider so its best to concentrate on reducing the size of your waist as this will make your breasts and hips look larger, a small waist is the key component to a curvy body!.
Junk food is not the answer the salt content alone makes eating it in bulk extremely bad for you also it will just cause fat deposits on your stomach ruining the small waist it does not matter how large your breasts/bum/hips get without a small waist you cannot be curvy (using hourglass as the truest Definition of curvy)
Exercise is the key here now breasts size is largely a genetic thing and so best ignored now to get bigger legs and bum can both be achieved at the same time by cycling however the idea here is that you do little but often!.
The aim here is to use the resistance of a high gear to strain the muscles not cycle fast or for longer than 30 mins the aim here is to build muscle not burn fat!.
Cycling is good because by staying seated the work is being done mainly by the thighs and when standing up the greater range of motion will work the bum and the calves switching between the two is a good idea i!.e 15 mins seated/standing total 30 mins twice a week adds up to an hour!.
Arms don't really matter but a cheap solution is bottles filled with water, heavy weights are not required since large muscles are undesirable and unachieveable (without serious effort)
The idea is slow and steady because too much exericse will use too much energy lowering your body fat which is not deserable for a woman trying to be curvier, a curvy body relies on both muscle and fat the first gives the body shape and the fat gives the body the size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

im pretty sure you cant make you hips bigger than they are!! you can get fatter!!! unless you really young and you just dont stop eating! id be happy with what you have!!
