Question: Weight Loss Help Needed!?
I want to lose weight but dont know what to try anyone got any good diet ideas!? as in what foods speed up metablism and what foods dont gain weight and exercise postions which helped yu lose weight!? and please give me ideas

Eat small meals every 3 or so hours, this helps to boost your metabolism!. Spicy foods also help to speed up your metabolism (that doesn't mean takeaway curries are ok!!) Things such as salsa help to give your metabolism a healthy boost!.

Snack on fruits and vegetables!.!.!.most of them have a negative calorie value - it takes more energy for your body to digest them than you consume eating them!. But this is not the case for all fruits and veg so be careful!.

Exercise!. Even if you only walk around the block 3 times each day, exercise improves your circulation which helps to remove toxins from your body faster which will help weight loss!.

Make sure you have protein in your diet!.!.!.it is one of the nutrients that helps your body to burn fat!.

i believe there's one simple answer always use more energy than you take in so if you burn 2000 calories a day just doing normal things try to eat healthier so that your eating about 1800 cals a day don't starve yourself or eat too little or you will slow your metabolism too much which in the long run can make you put on weight and try to be a little more active than your current lifestyleWww@Answer-Health@Com

mke sure u have a balanced diet
and do some excercise, it is all about will power
get of your bum and do somethin bout it
rather than moanin bout it on here

rathr than sittin on that chair lookin at the comp screen
run around the room
