i dont need or want to go on a "diet"!. i want to eat healthy and look after my body!. weight is not an issue for me!. where can i find information on healthy eating and reccomended day to day o weekly meal plans!.!.

Eat lean meats, eggs and nuts sparingly, and drink 3 glasses of milk every day!!! And no soda! Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
