And Drink Water Threw Out the Day, No Other Sweets Or Food in Between And i Do It For A Weeek

Diet is very simple!. If the calories you take in is less that the calories your body uses throughout the day then you will lose weight!. How much weight is lost is based on how much of a caloric deficit you are in!. For example:

If your metabolic rate allows you to burn 2000 calories in a day and you only consume 1500 calories per day you will have a caloric deficit of 500 calories!. Since 1 pound of body fat is 3500 calories a caloric deficit of 500 calories a day will yield 1 pound of body fat loss per week!.

Special K (1 cup) 117 calories
Fat Free Milk (1/2 cup) 40 calories
Toast (1 slice wheat) 65 calories

Lunch:
Special K (1 cup) 117 calories
Fat Free Milk (1/2 cup) 40 calories

Dinner:
Salad (Lettuce, Cucumbers, and Tomatoes) 40 calories
Whole Wheat Dinner Roll 74 calories

Perhaps, but I would cut out the special K!. It contains unhealthy processed ingredients, particularly high fructose corn syrup (not good for health nor weight loss)!. Most cereals are fairly processed and unhealthy!. Instead I would recommend natural oatmeal!. Make sure the ingredients are natural oats and not a lot of processed stuff!.

Also, its best to eat a more heavy meal at breakfast time and then less heavy food towards the end of the day, before you go to bed!. That way you have all day to digest while you are still being active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
