IF I do Lunges and Squats At home?!


Question: IF I do Lunges and Squats At home!?
Without Dumbells, Only using my own body weight, Will I still increase in Size Or will I get smaller!? ( I WANT TO GAIN) I am not fat!

When you use a muscle doesn't it always get bigger regardless!?

I have SKINNY Legs No FAT and need to GAIN MUSCLE Mass on them!. Dumbells are not an option while traveling so Give me ideas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
It depends on how many you can do!.

I you can only manage to do 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps you are going to gain muscle mass and get stronger, but if you can do more than 16, your only going to increase the endurance of your legs and if you can't do anymore than 6 you are only going to increase your leg strength!.

I you travel, you might want to get resistance bands; they are great for improving strength and muscle tone and I have heard that it can cause muscle mass gains as well!.
