The more Sets the more muscle gain??????!


Question: The more Sets the more muscle gain!?!?!?!?!?!?
If i do 7 sets of 10 for lunges and squats WITHOUT Additional weights (caise I travel) will i gain the muscle mass desired!? Should I do this everyday or how often!?

How do muscles work!?!!! What makes them big!? Less is more Or the Opposite is true!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

having resistance will make them bigger
having caloric excess will make them bigger
having at least 30% of your diet being protein will make you bigger
sleeping alot will make them bigger



do you have all of these!?

bodyweight exercises will work for like
2 weeks because its not used to it!. then your body will be like!.!.!.wheres the resistance!?

Isabella,gaining muscle mass is fairly easy despite what all the articles state!. One can be on a very restricted diet and still gain muscle mass!. You can do multiple sets if you want to but the key to gaining size is to work the muscle until it burns or is just totally spent!. When you do that there is damage to the muscle and in that damage is what creates a larger muscle!. The repair of the muscle makes it bigger!. So you have to give the muscle a chance to repair itself!. Don't lift that same group again until there is no soreness in it and then lift!. There is emerging evidence that you can lift again but it going to have to be very light so not to really stress the muscle!. Whatever method of lifting you like will give you the results that you want as long as you remember to work the muscle until it is completely fatigued or it is burning!. That can be done with light weights since you are traveling by doing super slow lifting!. That only takes one set of between ten to fifteen repetitions!. The lift is broken down into two parts as with any lifting cycle!. The concentric phase or contracting phase and the eccentric or lengthening phase!. The later phase is where strength and size are developed so it is emphasized by requiring this aspect to be done in ten seconds while the concentric phase is done in five!. Very light weights are used as it will totally burn the muscles being used!. The good part about this is that injuries are very rare as the amount of weight is light and so control is always there and there is not much stress on any given joint!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

And you need to lift at between 75 and 85% of your Max Lift

So say your max lift on your biceps curls is 30Kg
