Muscle gain HELP debunking a myth?!

Question: Muscle gain HELP debunking a myth!?
Look what I just read: If you use heavy weights (that cause you to fail at 10 reps or less per set), you are only going to tap into a small percentage of all the available fibers you have in that muscle!.

Meaning, your growth and development will be minimal, at best!. Sure, you
Answers:
Actually you are recruiting all your muscle fibers with high-intensity lifting, but the Type 1 fibers may be contracting just to "get out of the way" if you will and may not contribute much to force production!.
But you're right, to cause hypertrophy you need to maximize the total load on your muscles, which means lots of sets of 10-15 reps max!. If your sets are too light, say 20-30 reps, you also won't load the muscles heavily enough and will extend muscular endurance without much growth!.

BTW, human muscle fibers are Type 1 (slow twitch) Type IIa (intermediate or FOG) and Type IIx (fast twitch)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maximum muscle strength: 1-5 reps
Maximum muscle size: 6-12 reps
Maximum muscle endurance: 12-15 reps

The only reason you should be doing 6-12 reps is if your only intention is to get big (ie bodybuilding)!. The only reason you should be doing 12-15 reps is if your intention is to do an endurance sport (ie a triathlon)!. All other times, you should really be going for strength!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

IT doesnt make sense!.!.!. Look at Arnold Achwarzenegger and shaquille o'n and other basketball stars!.!.!. They have been lifting weights since their teens and they are all around six foot and higher!.!.!.
