well, because your a girl, and you probably don't want to go all powerlifter status, i would suggest this

apply to the gym, and do this
3 days a week
tredmil usage for your quads
leg press for your quads
squatting for your hamstrings and quads

i would assume you want more defined legs so go for more reps, and less reps

if you acually want bulky legs, which i don't think you would want, thats by increasing weight, and less reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
