Question: My diet plan, does this sound good!?!!?
Hey guys, i'm reaally in the mood to acually get on to losing some weight!.
Im 14 years old, female, and 170 pounds, and 5'6''
Before you say im extremly overweight, i will let you know that like more than half of that IS muscle, cause people tell me i look like im in the 130's 140's,
I cheer, everyday, for 3 hours!. Its an intense practice too!. We run, workout, and !.!.!.cheer, ahha!.

Anyways, me and my friend kinda composed a diet plan for me, and i was wondering if you "experts" out there could help me out by adding things, or if its fine!.


So everyday, starting tommorow, i would do:

Running on the treadmill for 30 minutes
Going up and down the stairs 30 times
25 starbursts
50 crunches,

Then for food,
Organic apples
Eggs
Cauliflower
NON-fat yogurt: Yoplait light
Oatmeal
Peanuts
Soup
Fish!
Salad with not a lot of high calorie dressing

i wouldn't restrict myself to that diet!. stick to that plan and you might just waste away!.!.!. throw in some ice cream or something girl! it's ok to enjoy your food!. just make choices!. ex!. i'll have this ice cream today, but i won't drink any pop in exchange!.

Actually, you don't need to diet in fact if you want to lose weight, the one thing that really showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been featured in Fox News and CNN!. I've tried every diet in the book but nothing worked as good as acai berry!. I understand they say that pills do not work, nevertheless they sure worked for me, and they've been featured on the Rachael Ray Show too!. Add more protein, skim-dairy, and whole-wheat startches!.
Baked bean's, banana's, lean meat's, bread's, whole-grain granola/ cracker's, skim-1% milk, 1%cottage cheese, etc!.!.
Try adding a protein shake in ther'e too!. Because you're not gettin'g alot of you're needed nutrition!.!. a supplement would help!.
- If protein, make's you think !.!. oh please no more muscle!.!.
Than try a calcuim supplement!. They both have reccomended nutrition, and you'll get you're calcium intake this way since it look's like you're only consuming yogurt!.- you should include more thoe, cup of milk, some cheese, etc!.!.!.
