Question: Working out help!!!! got rid of all my weights and exercise equipment!.!?
ive been doing sit ups and push ups every day!. i don't know what else to do!. i have no more excersise equipment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

One legged squats are excellent , just hold on to something for balance when you start doing them, also if you can find something to use for pull ups as they are very good also!.

Push ups are really good and as you get better at them just place your hands wider apart to make them harder!. all in all one doesnt need alot of equipment , just get creative and check out some free fitness sites!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think Push ups are a good exercise for the upper half of the body!. Keep increasing the count daily!. Also do lunges and situps good for the bottom and most of all do abs everyday!!!This will keep you fit enough!. Try to go for a swim 2times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

walk and after you walk lift weights!.!. it will burn that fatt right off your a$$!.!. dont lift and then walk!.!. once you get your blood flowing!. you will burn lots of cals plus if you lift weights before you walk you will be to tired to walk after!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wall sits are good for legs!. Pull-ups are a must!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
