running actually helps you get OVER asthma! if you start out slow and build up speed gradually over a few weeks (like 4-5), and push THROUGH the asthma and dont let it hold u back, and keep running even if you cough and wheeze!.!. IT WILL GO AWAY! MINE DID! and now im a great wrestler and i run track and i KILL cuz i own my body, asthma doesnt own me!

aight im 15 and i have horrible asthma!. just bring your inhaler when you run!. simple as that!. oh and situps, pushups, bleacher miles (where you run up and down all the bleachers 4 times on both sides of the track, and then run the track 4 times) and ak's( where you run back and forth from one line to another line non stop for a 1:30, then 1:45, then 2:00Www@Answer-Health@Com
