I am 14 Male (Just turned 14 in November) and im 5'8" and 180 pounds!. Overweight!.!. but the fastest ive ever done a mile was 6:40!. usually i get 7:00-7:50!. i run 3-5 times a week, and i want to lose weight majorly! ive lost 20 pounds since august!. But i need some tips to get rid of calories!. and some tips on ways for me to keep my mind off food and not eat junk food!. I also do 100 sit ups 3 - 6 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try getting a motivation!. try finding someone who has the same goal!. you can use them as motivation!. its easier if you see you aren't the only one doing it!. If that doesn't work, try getting something materialistic!. give your self rewards (other than food) for meeting certain goals you made!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dont take diet pills if youre 14!. Youre still growing!.
It sounds like your body is responding very well to your exercising! Just try to eat a little healthier and drink water to decrease you appetite!. Chewing gum is a good way to keep your mind off of the munchies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
