Question: How Can I Slow Down My Metabolism!!?
I am very skinny and have a very fast metabolism!. I am continuing to get skinnier and i need to get my metabolism much slower!. I am reluctant to starve myself for 2 weeks and then eat alot like some might say
But Ive have herd that eating almost nothing for the day and then tons in the evening works well for putting on weight!.
Please comment or with any ideas you know that work!.

ok, i've actually read your question so will give you advice on how to GAIN not lose weight!. lol!.

sumo wrestlers follow this diet!.

skip breakfast or eat a very small one!. slice of toast or even just milk in their tea or coffe!.

light lunch if they eat a lunch!.

eat snacks almost constantly from about 1 or 2 in the afternoon until supper time when they sit down to a HUGE meal, sometimes 1200 or even 2200 calories or more per sitting, depending on how much they wish to gain and what their current weight is!. then more snacks until bed time!.

this will make your metabolism slow way way down!.

first though!.!.!. before you follow an unhealthy diet in an effort to gain weight, please visit your doctor and get checked for an over active thyroid!.

It is a possibility to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight rapidly then you will probably put it all back on again just as rapidly!. skipping meals and then binging on the next one is suppose to put on weight!. start skipping breakfast, it's suppose to be the the most important meal of the day so cutting it out should do something!. eat more then normal at every meal, have a tone of snacks through out the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
