I personally like the treadmill more because you're actually walking, jogging or running!. The elliptical gets boring but I think it is more effective because you use both your lower and upper body, and with the treadmill you use just your lower body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Whichever makes your muscles work harder!. INTENSITY IS KEY! You can be intense on a treadmill and make it as great of a workout as elliptical at normal pace, and vice versa, it really doesn't matter because they're similar!. Except I advice towards the treadmill because it stimulates all the key stabalizing muscles in your legs and who doesn't want that!? ellipticals are kind of cheap workout wise!.
