Question: What exercises can I do to burn fat at the top of my thigh!?
I'm 23 and wear like a size 1 in pants and shorts, but i have a chunk of fat at the top of my thigh and sometimes when I wear shorts, it bulges out at the very bottom of my shorts{which usually are very short, as in and inch below my butt}!. I'm petite and kinda shot{5'4}!. I just want to know some daily work outs to tone them or burnt the fat!. Pictures or videos are preferred!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
