Answers:
wow he is very skinny and possible anerxoic hope i spelled it right!.Well his bf% is good but his weight is too low!.According to normal standards a normal person at 5!.0 should be 100lbs so at his height he should be about 155lbs no matter what bf%!.According to our standards ie bodybuilding and powerlifting standards 5!.0 at 120 and 7 increasing each height so about 200lbs!.

There is no such thing as normal body fat percentages for a certain weight but here are the general bodyfat percentages!.

2-6(Bodybuilder in season)

6-14(athletes)

14-17(fitness or bodybuilders off season)

17-20(acceptable)

20 or more unfit or obese category!.

Any more info email me!.But from the info he really need help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The most effective way to burn fat is to consume less food and exercise more often, the problems arise when we really aim to put that into practice! There are loads of opportunities to fail in the big wide world aren't there!?! The only thing which really delivered for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a small number of free trials in stock, it has been reported in Fox News and CNN!. I lost 20 pounds, it really does work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If he's male 11% body fat is very possible!. But I'm a bit concerned why he is only 125lb at 5ft11!.

P!.S!. Height has no relevance to percentage of body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
