I've plateaud (spelling?) at 220 pounds. How do I gain weight?!


Question: I've plateaud (spelling!?) at 220 pounds!. How do I gain weight!?
No matter how much I eat or drink I can't seem to get over 220 pounds!. I'm over 6"5!. Before I started working out I was 190!. I eat 5 meals a day (complex carbs, fat, protein) and workout 4 times a week!. Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Up your calorie intake!. You can buy a protein that will help put on bulk and mass which actually works quite well!.

Keep working out, I'm assuming you lift weights!?, lift heavier ones to put on muscle mass!. But definitely just eat more!. I know a guy who weight trains and he intakes over 8000 calories a day!. If you buy protein, you can buy certain ones that once mixed into a shake equal over 1000 calories and that should be able to help you put on some bulk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a lot of times people plateau when they overwork themselves or get too used to an exercise!.
try varying your workout more!. if your body gets used to an exercise, it won't respond as well!. remember, you gain muscle by ripping muscle; if you do the same exercise every time, it may no longer be a challenge!.
another thing: work out less often, but with more intensity!. don't do a certain number of reps; do 1 set and don't stop until you can no longer move the weight!. doing this 2 or 3 times a week and doing some aerobic stuff, especially speed-swimming, will get you the body you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know why you would want to gain weight!?
I know you are talker than the average man but wouldn't advice it!.
Anyway, do the reverse of what you are currently doing!.
Stop working out and eat lots of junk for breakfast, lunch and dinner!.(McDonalds, best place to do this)!.

If you're trying to build muscle then you should be proud you came this far!.

mashed potato and lots of sleep!. eat and sleep also rice! do you know Japanese Sumo wrestlers!? they are so fat! what they do is they eat meat and Lots of rice eat white rice lot! hehe good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat less!? Should help slow your metabolism if you work out less often too!.
