and yes eating too much foooood can be bad for you!.!. for ex!.!. eating celery burns more calories to digest it than it provides in the celery itself! crazyy huh!.!.
and eating too much food for you can be bad because you can gain weight and bla bla bla
but i don't think you're OVER EATING!.!.

I've been taking a little known liquid supplement with Moringa Oleifera in it!. Moringa provides:
1!. 7 times the vitamin C found in oranges
2!. 4 times the calcium found in milk
3!. 4 times the vitamin A found in carrots
4!. 3 times the potassium found in bananas
5!. 3 times the protein found in yogurt!.
I take it everyday, and I feel GREAT! I have energy all day, and I sleep soundly through the night!. Providing your body with nutrients, vitamins, and vital minerals is never a bad thing!.
