i think its HIT but in the morning before breakfast for 10min!.!.jog 4 min sprint 30sec and walk 30 sec sprint and walk keep doing it until the 10 min are up!.!.3500calories = 1 poundWww@Answer-Health@Com

well thats the problem you dont want to just run on a machine you want to get out and run in the real world!.!.!. you should try parkour, i used to be quite overweight and after a year (it might sound like a long tim but really time flys) im now slim and begining to get muscle mass all over my body but its not like insane body builder muscle its like body defining muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com
