How can i loose weight FAST!?!


Question: How can i loose weight FAST!!?
okay, im 12, amd im 5'3 and 126 lb!. im really annoyed with everybody calling me fat, or freakishly big! im the biggest in my class, counting my teacher!. :(
i just HATE it!
and i want to loose weight really fast!. without going anorexic! but something that would get rid of the fat in my thighs, and upper arms!.

It takes -3500 calories to loose a pound, which means you need to both burn calories by working out & take less calories in by eating in order to loose weight!.

Eat fruits & veggies of course!. It's typical to eat a small breakfast and a big dinner, but my health teacher said you actually want to do the opposite!. And never skip breakfast, it helps you loose weight!. I stopped driking pop and lost 50 pounds in 1 year!! Don't drink juice!. You'd think fruit juice is good for you, but its not!. It has alot of sugar and extra calories!. People say dont eat carbs' not true, 60% of your diet is suposed to be from some type of carbs!.!.!. just make sure you eat whole grain or whole wheat bread!. And drink only skim milk, all others arent so great for you!. Just watch what you eat and pay attention to nutrition labels!

Make sure you do some weight bearing activities along with cardio, it'll help build muscle and burn fat! If you cant buy a gym membership try going for a walk or run ourside, doing jumping jacks, jump rope, running up & down your stairs, lifting weights, doings situps & pushups!.!. those are just some ideas that'll help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and workout more often, the difficulties surface when we really attempt to put that into operation! There are loads of opportunities to fail in the real world aren't there!?! The one diet that clearly showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a few free trials left, it has been reported in Fox News and CNN!. Truthfully, you should just excercise!. Then you can still enjoy all your foods and you don't have to worry about eating dis-orders!. Agood fast pace walking program would be great for the areas you want to lose in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you should do lots of cardio exercises
like running and swimming
anything that makes you sweat!.!.!.

and of course, eat a balanced diet with lots of vegetables and whole grains!. stay away from red meat as much as possible!. just EAT LESS!. and don't skip breakfast!.!.!.

oh, and try drinking a full glass of water before dinner each night!. it'll reduce your appetite and make you eat less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are way to young to be worried about this, you aren't even in highschool to really feel the pressure!.

You can never be to skinny these days

Drink lots of water
Exercise
Eat Fresh fruits and vegetables
Vitamins etc

a Quick way to look slimmer is dressing according to your body

You shouldnt be too worried
Check your BMI
and see if your overweight
