Is there a way to make my butt....?!


Question: Is there a way to make my butt!.!.!.!.!?
I have no a**, can't find any jeans that will fit my butt they all sag and they fit my waist just fine but not my rear!. Any suggestions for getting a butt!? or jeans that will actually show my rear off rather than prove to everyone there is nothing there!. I have had this problem since I was little and I am now 27!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For the most part we are who we are, including our shapes!. However if you are to add mass to your problem area you need to take caution that you don't add low quality fat but proper firm mass, otherwise you'll be worse off than now!.

Having said that the best way to add mass is by high resistance exercise of which there are a variety but the two best I could recommend are the 1!. the squat and 2!. the lunge!.

If you need detailed advice on how to perform these look further or let me know!. Essentially, for squats, you should stand with your feet just wider than shoulder width apart, holding a barbell across you shoulders!. Then bend your knees slowly till your knees are at right angles and return to start position!.
The lunge uses a much lighter weight!. Stand in the same position then step forward with one leg and return to the start position, and repeat with the other leg!.

When done correctly these should be provide you with good results - warning the glutes are a stubborn growth area!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you could get access to a squat machine, I would do it!. It's the one exercise that builds a bottom!. But it can be tough on knees, so if you only do half squats would be best!. All leg weight lifting exercises will help your bottom!. Try it , you may like it!. Bench leg curls, hack squats, toe raises, squats!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.look in a book or ask a trainer!. you need to eat the food that make your butt to bigger and rounded and that food is all soft kind of cheese and light butter and chicken wings and drums but not the breast and you can visit this site to give you an idea for you question !.best of luck
