Question: If I don't feel hungry, should I make myself eat!?
Usually when I'm depressed/stressed whatever, I can't stop eating!. But the past few days, I just have no appetite at all!. I probably had about 400 calories today if that!. Like a carrot, or some peanuts and water!. Should I make myself eat!? The only other time I got like this was when my first boyfriend broke up with me, an I lost like 10 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you need to force yourself to eat!. Have some veggies and drink lots of fluids!.
By the way, lack of some vitamin B complexes (especially B12 i think) in your diet causes you to lose appetite!.!.!. that might be a part of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a good rule of thumb is to eat when you're hungry and stop when you're satisfied!.!.!.the trick is listening to you body!.!.!.if you don't feel hungry then don't eat, if it's only been a couple days it shouldn't be a problem, if you continue this trend for a couple weeks or longer, you should probably see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you're not hungry, don't eat!. it's your body's way of saying "I don't need food right now!." So just listen to your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
