What types of foods are okay to eat before bedtime?!

Question: What types of foods are okay to eat before bedtime!?
I'm trying to lose 15 pounds or so before the summer (I'm giving myself tons of time so that I actually do it this time hehe)
So everyone's heard not to eat after 7pm, I believe the rule of thumb is generally to stop eating about three hours before bedtime, so for me, the latest I should eat would be about 9pm!.
What kinds of foods are okay to eat after 9 if I get snackish though!? Going to bed hungry is the worst feeling ever and I don't want to feel deprived if I am going to do this!. And is okay to drink lots of water before bed to help me feel full!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have a little container of things like cucumber slices and celery sticks and baby carrots that I cut up when I bring home from the market, and anything in that container, I let myself eat for evening snacks!. The other thing I've heard suggested is Miso soup, which is very low cal and very nourishing at the same time!. Water before bed is okay, but make sure you're not over-taxing your kidneys or drinking so much that you will interrupt your sleep to go pee!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The key for losing those unwanted pounds is simple - eat less food and exercise more - the issues arise when we actually try to put that into operation! There are plenty of temptations in the real world don't you think!?! The sole thing which really showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials in stock, it has been highlighted in Reader's Digest and USA Today!. I lost twenty five pounds, it really does produce success!Www@Answer-Health@Com
