Higher weight for less reps is the way to go when you want to build muscle!. 6-8 reps is recommended, with a weight that allows you to reach your limit within those 6-8!. The only thing your 30 reps is going to do is increase endurance, not strength!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to gain lean muscle then workout the part of your body til exhaustion do 3 sets

but remember for every LBS of muscle you gain in one area, you need to gain muscles in the ajoining areas to make sure you don't destroy your body cause of not having muscle to back up other muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com
