im not gona telly uo to diet because eventually youll crave the food and gain it back

but makesure you have some of EACH food group
and yes you can have some junk but very limited
and honestly dont worry about how you eat because plannign your meals with each food group is very hard
so what i do is like you need some grain so il just eat toast you need some fat il get some butter and dairy chesse and then fruits il have liek 1 strawberry cuz i dont have time and beggies il have liek 1 tiny small carrot stick and maybe a bite of a pickle and just random things but just some of each food group cuz its hard to plan everything perfect but makesure its balacned and if you want chips and chochlate and stuff eat it but make sure you do a little extra for working out

your gonna wanna run also jumping rope is amazing jumping jacks are good anything that gets your heart up climbing stairs
so i know you mite now hae access to gym equipment or tredmills so lets make a workout plan

warm up do about 20 jumping jacks
then run up and down stairs untill you get tired
then the next day you can run and skip rope
and do little things liek without taking the elivator take the stairs instead of takingn the shorter way to walk pic the longer way
instead of getting aq drive walk

and oh no white bread
