How can I recover faster to lift weights every day?!

Question: How can I recover faster to lift weights every day!?
Right now, I lift weights 3x a week!. I always allow a day of rest in between training days!. On my days off, I do sprint workouts to burn off as much fat as I can!. I am wondering if there are any supplements that can make me recover and grow faster so I can lift every day of the week!. Will extra sleep and lounging make me heal better!?

Also, should I stop doing sprints on days off!? I am trying to lose about 15-20 more lbs of fat and put on about 15 lbs of muscle!.

ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

The only true way to recover properly after your weight training days is to do exactly what you're doing!.!.!. rest a day in between!. If you don't you will be doing more damage than good and this can lead to overuse injuries!. Supplements will not change this for the most part, so don't waste your money!. It sounds like you're doing good!.
If you did want to increase the number of weight training days try focusing on certain muscle groups on alternating days!. So lets say you do upper body one day and then the next day lower body then back to upper body the following day!. This way you are still getting that recovery day, but still doing your weight training more often!.
Make sure to keep up the cardio though, this is the best way to lose pounds while exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could go to lifting weights 4x's a week but you have to allow your body the days for rest or you will do more harm to the muscles than good and you will be more prone to injuries if you don't rest!. One thing you can do is on the days that you are lifting weights try bumping up your weight!. Go to the next weight up also you can keep doing sprints on your days off if you would like but a good thing to do is just walk everyday if you want to incorporate your sprints into your walk and make sure you drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water or more a day!.

Make sure you are warming up your muscles before you lift and make sure you stretch after you lift the weights to help avoid injury

Your muscles will heal better if you are hydrated but as for anything that will help you recover faster so you can lift weights everyday that would be a no!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're trying to get muscle I recommend you to focus more on that!. Yes, continue to do cardio but concentrate more on eating properly to get the needed muscle!. And in order to recover faster you should eat 4-6 times per day, focusin on getting 20-30 grams of protein per meal!. That will help you recover faster!. And of course that sleeping more wil help you to recover because in the night is when the body repairs from all the exercise!. If you need any help just msg me!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you don't want to feel sore, you must stretch to the full extent!.

However, if you are trying to get bigger faster, try to eat or drink protein within 30 minutes after the end of your workout!. Screw creatin or muscle milk; it's just great tasting protein that costs five times more!.

Try taking 15-20 minute "power naps"!. This will rejuvenate your body after a tough workout!.

Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had way too much fat in all the wrong zones until I tried out acai berry, I know they say that pills do not work, nevertheless they certainly worked for me, and they've been shown on CBS News too!. There is a free trial on currently at http://eppenset!.zndd!.biz , why not check it out, what's the worst that could happen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

eats lots of food
take supplements (creatine, protein)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat and drink more lowfat dairy!. It will help your bones!. (Calcium) Also getting in a hot tub for 10-15 minutes can speed up relaxing/ recovering time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Everyone is different, and will benefit or suffer differently, but you could try doing 6 days at the gym, with only one body part being worked per day!. In this way, you can work the body part very hard (to failure, in fact) , allowing it extra time to recover before it is touched again!.

You might try

Mon - Chest
Tue - Back
Wed - Shoulders
Thu - Triceps/abs
Fri - Biceps/forearms
Sat - Legs
Sun - off

With this program, though, you have to take care to isolate the muscle groups as fully as possible, realizing that some exercises will affect other groups!. For example, Chest workouts affect triceps, and tricep workouts affect chest!. By isolating, though, you can maximize the recovery time and minimize the effects of one body part on the other!. Try to do wide-grip benches and butterflies for chest, while doing cable pressdowns, seated dips, and other non-chest-intensive exercises for triceps!. The same applies for back and biceps!.

You may have some luck with increasing your pre-workout carbs, post-workout protein (Whey seems better than soy), and by including something along the lines of amino acids and/or creatine in your diet!. Beware that creatine causes you to retain water, which is how it keeps the muscle hydrated!. It works wonders, but with a price, which can involve feeling bloated!.

I always tell people to stick with natural supplements only, if you choose to take any, and to take about 1/2 the recommended dose!.

Try this for a week or two and see how you feel!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
