How to get daily cardio out of the way?!


Question: How to get daily cardio out of the way!?
I want to start doing cardio early in the morning, before school!. The only problem is that I have a hard time doing physical activity so early!. How do you pull it off!? Or is there any other easy way to get cardio time logged without it getting in the way of your busy schedule!?

I always do it at night before I go to bed!. I go to the gym, then go home and take a shower, and I go to bed feeling great!. I'm just not a morning person either!Www@Answer-Health@Com
