What is the best way for me to shed a couples, and and change my diet to be more!


Question: What is the best way for me to shed a couples, and and change my diet to be more healthy!?
Ok well im 17, 5 feet and 2 inches, so im pretty short, and I'm guessing I way around 110lbs now because the last time I checked I was 108lbs and that was a few months ago!.

I know I'm not fat, but I do have a little gut now, and my stomach isn't flat!. It sticks out about 2 inches now, so I want to get it under control before it gets worse!.

I need to know how to shed a couple pounds just to get rid of the layer of fat that is covering my nice flat tummy that I used to have :( I have found a couple of good exercises on the internet to tone-up and I created one of my own, but I know a healthy diet is also vital to losing or maintaining weight!.

How can I improve my diet!? I already have replaced most if not all those sodas and juices that I used to drink for water, but it's food that I'm not sure on what I need to be eating more or less of!. What do I eat when I'm trying to slim down a little and just be more healthy overall!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

but fruits are great for those cravings that everyone gets!.
when im bored, i eat, and that really has been hurting the scale!. so now, instead of only making yourself more hungry, eat fruit!. then wait about twenty minutes to see if you are still hungry, and if you arent, then stop!. if you are, have another apple or some peanut butter with your apple!.
proteins and fiber fill you up so you feel fuller, while carbohydrates only give you that little amount of energy and leave you hungry like an hour later!.
however, no one will be able to keep to their diet if they dont reward themselves every once in a while (meaning like once or twice a month) have a bar of chocolate or some candy, but dont eat things that you quickly loose track of your portions- like icecream or donuts or chips!.

Cancel all the unneccessary sugary snacks out of your diet, instead snack on fruit and/or vegetables!. Try to cut down on carbs too, as they are really bad when you are on a diet!. DON'T skip meals!. If you like your food, then it just wn't work and you'll be left un-happy!.

Remember to do lots of exercise because that is just as, if not more, important then changing your diet!.

eat mcdonalds asian salad dont use the sauce = 210 calories
very tasty
eat 10 calorie or even 5 calorie jello[snack all you want]
buy wieght watchers cookies
all choclate you buy must be dark choclate and have a lot of cocoa in it

You don't need to lose weight!. But if you want to lose the belly flab, I'd suggest doing situps or crunches every night, and increasing the amount you do as time goes on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

instead of munching on sweets munch on fruit!. eat more lean protein like chicken!. eat more veggies , but fresh veggies!.!. nothing processed!.

say no to anything bleached like flours and sugar
go with brown rice
no white potato use sweet potato
organic fruit and veggies go to town with that
high fructose corn syrup !.!.!.!.bad read your ingredients in bread and crackers this garbage is in everything a real bad sugar that messes with glycemic index can cause diabetes long term
hydrogenated oil bad
olive oil good
fish only wild farm raised might be carcinogenic
water water water good stuff
red meat bad
peanut butter bad cashew butter better
look up low glycemic impact foods this will help you make good choces lost 7 pounds in 4 months doing this and nothing else extra slowly lost pounds are the best they stay off usually

ok the sweets thing cut down alot i lost 50 lbs in a year by drinkin just water and sweet tea and cutting down my portions and limiting my sweets and junk food to almost none and run at least every other day and do sit ups everyday and just be active if you get bored work out dont snack you have to be strong and committed to losing that weight if not it will fail so set a good reason why you want to lose it and be dedicated to it hope this helps oh and salads are good but with very very little dressing the dressing is the worst part :) hope it helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com
