Question: Will jogging make my calves bigger!?
I've been wanting to lose my tummy so I've started jogging everyday for some cardio before I start my sit ups!. I love my legs and am very contented with them, they're slim but I'm just a bit worried they might get bigger (like my sister's who plays football/soccer) because of my jogging!? No jogging and squatting won't make your calves bigger!. Now it will tone up the muscles in your legs making them look leaner, If you do alot of weight lifting you could get your legs bigger but don't worry, you will just get leaner not biggerWww@Answer-Health@Com
It will probably make your calves bigger!.!.!.but not in a bad way!. I'm not sure how tiny they are now, but I work out 4 times a week, usually running for an hour or so and my calves haven't gotten much bigger!. However, my legs are much more tone and they look great!. I'm sure your legs won't look bad if you gain muscle from working out!. They'll be toned and sexy! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
