Basically 3 of the ingredients are diuretics and one is a mild laxative!. So your gonna p*ss and Sh*t away a little bit of water weight!.!.!.!. not real weight!. My understanding is, these don't do a whole lot!. My bf and I have both been taking the acai berry pills for like two months now (he got a 1 month trial thingy from http://stylelifelive!.com/acaiburn )!. After we did the researchwe found out it was like the safest one you could have!. And it was totally natural so that was cool!.
