The best diet in the world is eat healthy, stick to 1200 calories a day, take necessary vitamin supplements and get at least 30 minutes excercise a day!.

Weight Watchers works because it's based on calorie-control and exercise and weight loss is proven to be more effective if you have a food diary or weigh-ins with other people!. Atkins diet and the Cambridge diet are just dangerous!. Balanced diet and exercise are definately the best plan but weight watchers are a good option if you've dieted before but run out of motivation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, they all work!. I've just lost 8lbs in ten days on the fatloss4idiots diet!. It's only any use as a quick fix though!. For a long term solution it has to be Weight Watchers or a calorie controlled diet of your own making, including exercise, fruit and veg!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
