Question: Can only eat breakfast!. healthiest meal you can think of!?
tomorrow i can only eat breakfast because i am having stomach tests done later in the afternoon and must have an empty digestive system, what is the most healthy but filling breakfast you could think of that i could eat 2morro so that i am not STARVING all day! pelase help and make sure its healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want a healthy and nutricious meal a bowl of cereal would be ideal!.
If you like eating a lot I would recomend a full english breakfast: toast, bacon,etc!.
If you are trying to lose weight some diet yogourt or a small sandwich with weat bread should do the trick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should probably eat a lot!. I'm thinking along the lines of:
Milk or Juice
Oatmeal or Cereal
Turkey Bacon or Lean Sausage
Eggs
Banana or Apple
It's important to have whole grain (oatmeal or wholegrain cereal), fruit, and protein because all that will keep you full longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Protein-like salmon and egg or some kind of meat/chicken etc with an egg-that lasts along time!. But, I thought for stomach tests you had to fast and have an empty stomach!? Any protein!. I wish you the best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
This might sound weird but try something that's not real breakfasty!. Something like chicken soup, or, for vegetarians soup with lots of barley and rice!. Anything with protein and starch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
