Flu-like symptoms after exercising, does it happens to you too?!

Question: Flu-like symptoms after exercising, does it happens to you too!?
Lemme start saying that I am in very bad shape!. I don't work out at all and my diet can not even be defined a diet!. But my question is not about diet or exercise!. It's about the post exercise soreness the one experiences!.
Since I was young every time I would start working out I would get sore muscle, and until here everything normal, the thing that is not normal is that I actually start feeling like I have a flu or something like that!. My throat is sore and I have headaches and feel all groggy!. So I keep trying working out every other day but eventually I get fever and I feel like I have no energies to keep on working out!. It's like if my immunity system goes down instead of being boosted and getting stronger by exercising!. And I get sick easier!.!.!.
Does it happens to you too!? Any ideas of what am I doing wrong!?
Thanks

i have noticed that when i work out hard- like harder than normal- i have gotten sick- achy, fever, extremely tired!.!.!.!. i'll get a head cold also!.
when you work out, you actually "stress" your whole body!. try not going at it so hard- cut down your cardio time, do a little bit less on weights!.!.!.!. if the problem persists, i'd talk to you m!.d!. and see what they have for you!. did you happen to get a physical before you started a workout regime!? sometimes something liek that may indicate problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First you should ask your doctor if your exercise program is appropriate!. You can get away with a lot of mistakes when you're in shape, but out of shape you have to make sure you're not hurting yourself!.

If the program is OK, maybe you're not drinking enough, or exercising too much, or have a nutritional imbalance, or have a persistent respiratory problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you work out, start off slowly!. You have to ease your body into a demanding routine!. Secondly, the right foods will help keep your immune system strong!. Eat plenty of vegetables and drink lots of water to keep your system fresh!.

Lastly, don't keep working out if you feel sick!. Let your body recover and then begin exercising again!. You'll end up being worse off by not doing so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you drinking water, it sounds like part of it is that you are not drinking enough water and you are getting dehydrated, Dehydration symptoms are like that!. You must drink 8 8oz glasses of water a day!. and if your trying to work out you need more!. If you are not drinking enough you won't sweat enough and your body still loses the minerals and salt also your muscles flush out toxins into your body after exercise and if you don't drink enough water the toxins can't be released properly

It could be something more sever though, I would go to the doctor and get checked out, A trip to the doctor wouldn't hurt and you would know if something else was wrong that you might could get treated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may be over-doing it!. Since you are out of shape (don't worry, I am too), we have to do baby steps!. Start off with doing a small amount of excersize and increase it week after week!. Or even month after month!. I had the same problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This might sound weird but, do u take a shower after u work out!? I work out at night and sometimes I get lazy and go to be with wet hair, hence in the mornings I am coughing and stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
