But the heaviest i've ever been is 117!.5!. my weight is around 113-117!. Is that a lot!? i need to know!. cause at my school, they weigh us in the begining of the year!. and then at the end of the year!. i want to be about 110 by the time they weigh me again!.
we do a lot of excercises in PE!. and we have fitness days 2 days a week!. Fitness days usually involve running the mile or doing 2 or 3 perimeters, plus doing our daily excercises!. and on the other 3 days we always do a sportWww@Answer-Health@Com

That's not heavy at all!.
I am 13, almost fourteen, and I am about that weight now (since I started working out more)!.
You just need to keep up with our daily fruits, veggies, & drink tons of water because it flushes your face, gives you tons of energy, and it helps rid of fat easier, hence weighing less!. You really don't need to lose any pounds!. Just because you might not think your like the other superficial skiny boned girls doesn't mean anything!. They usually start freaking out once their one pound over 100 and they're no longer a size zero!. :/

Don't worry!. But if you're really determined, then excercise daily at home with some sprints, a few push ups and curl ups, and yoga!. Yoga will help you become more flexible, and lighter, so it helps when you're excercising and you get tired less easier!.

Like I said, you aren't, but follow these little tips, and watch what you eat, and you should be good by the next time you get weighed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're not fat at all, in fact you're almost underweight (you'd be underweight if you were 107 lbs!.) You don't need to lose weight, but if you still want to, try dancing!. It's an amazing workout!!! 30 minutes a day for like!.!.!.maybe a month, will get you to your goal!.!.!.maybe less than a month!.!.!.THREE WEEKS or so!. GOOD LUCK!!! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are a healthy weight for someone your height/age!. But since you want to lose some weight, try running a couple miles after school every day!. Eat 100 fewer calories than you normally would each day, and you will reach your goal weight in no time at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, thats perfect!.
It's the BMI [body mass index] that matters!.
You don't want to get to much lighter or you'll be under weight!.
which isn't good at all!.

Here you can use this!.

ahhh dont sweat it!. if your in public school then your going to get obese like the rest of the yanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes ! just so you know, a way for you to be able to measure if your in a healthy weight range is to calculate your bmi!. you can do a search of it anywhere online, you enter in your (sometimes age), height, and weight!. you are completly healthy!. i was about the same weight at your age (im 19 now) !.!.!. and i am still in a healthy weight range!.

Also, because you are active, your weight also calculates in your muscle weight!. I am very very active (jogging/gym/did ballet for 14 years) and currently i weigh 135 lbs!. muscle weighs more than fat!. and if your active, its more likely thats what your caculating!. Honestly girl, at 13 (i know from experience) dont worry about losing weight!. because thats when you become not healthy - think about it, if you exercise more you will stay around the same weight !.!.!. if you want to lose weight that means you'll have to starve yourself - and thats not right!. trust me, i said the exact same thing at your age!. and now, even though im at 135lbs, i feel so healthy and i know i look really good, cause my body is toned and looks great! please take some of this advice!Www@Answer-Health@Com
