Why are my muscles not sore anymore?!


Question: Why are my muscles not sore anymore!?
Ive been going to the gym 6days pw for 3wks now!.!.!. After the first time lifting weights my muscles were so sore, and now they dont get sore anymore!. Is this normal, should I be we upping my weights!?!? Is it still working or doing anything!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is normal, this means you are at a plateau in your workout program!. What you need to do now is rest your muscles for at least 1 whole week of not doing at weight training!. Still do cardio by all mean though!. If i were you, i would wait about 2 weeks before going back to weight training!. After the week of rest, you will notice your muscles start to fatique again!. An now you should be able to lift heavier weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay first you were sore because you are building that muscle that you did not have earlier!. now that your not getting sore anymore!.!. its because your getting stronger!.!.!. so this is a good thing!. keep on doing what ever it is your doing to maintain it that way !.

As you begin to work out your muscles tend to be weak!. As you continue daily routines your muscles start to fix or strengthen to assist the usually wait!. As you may not feel the burn your muscles will steadily grow but to feel that burn raise of the weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Same thing happened to me!. It's normal but you should probablly try upping your weights so you'll get stronger!. If you continue your routine than youre body will stay the same!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
