what is the best way to loose weight because every time i loose weight i gain it back!. i only drink milk and water and i even stoped eating junk food!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to acknowledge that by building muscle you will jumpstart and increase your metabolism greatly
Plus a little bit of muscle wont hurt, especially as summer is around the corner!!!

4 Tips

Compound Exercises: Make sure you perfect these and lift heavy (Squats, Bench Press, Chinups, Rows)
High Intensity Sprinting: For Fat Loss and Muscle Tone (look at all the sprinters at how ripped they are especially asafa powell and usain bolt)
Low Carb/High Protein: Eat High protein foods(tuna,eggs,meat) and very few carbs and this will help lose a kilo fast guaranteed
Junk Food: i have 1 meal per week of anything i want and this helps keep the kilos off

You have to view this a little differently!. To permanently change your life!. You need a change in lifestyle!. You have to make the commitment to eat healthy, well balanced meals and exercise daily!. There are programs to get the weight off, but after that, you have to remain in control!.

What helps me most is my camera!. I photograph myself once a week!. I do this because I have such trouble seeing myself in the mirror!. Sometimes I don't notice a few pounds this way, but the camera never lies to me!. So, it's up to me to keep myself looking great!. You can allow your favorite splurges every now and then, I pick one day each month to have 1/2 a cheeseburger or a slice of pizza!. But, the very next day, it's back to normal again!. Sometimes this can actually help you break through a plateau!.

A nutrition plan that I love is Quick Weight Loss Center!. I'm not a member anymore!. But the eating habits they taught me have been so valuable!.
