Question: I still feel really fat :(!?
I gave birth 8 months ago to my gorgeous little boy!. Before birth i was about a size 10/12 uk
now i'm a 14/16 and no matter how hard i try i just cannot get rid of this fat!. I occassionally succumb to a bar of chocolate and of course over christmas i ate a bit too much!. but apart from this i have 2 or 3 meals per day and they're normal sized portions!. I don't really get a chance to go out running or anything and it's kinda hard to do exercise indoors becuase my brother is living with me and it's a bit embarrassing for me!.
My boyfriend says i look sexy but i just want to hide my body away from him all the time!. My sex drive has gone out of the window completely becuase of it!.

its really simple just burn more calories than you eat and you will lose weight start counting your calories and make sure you do enough exercise to burn off what you put in and the weight will drop off you

That is what is all comes down to - calories vs calories burned!.

If you want to lose weight you need to make sure that the number of calories you are consuming are less than the number you are burning, without starving your body!.

Just make sure you are eating less calories than you are burning!

Don't buy chocolate bars - if you don't buy them you wont be tempted to eat them!.

Keep a diary of how much you eat!. And plan what you are going to eat the next day!.

Keep money you would have spent on food and when you reach a goal then reward yourself!. (not with food though)

Drink lots of water - if you drink water you will feel more full!.

Whenever you are tempted by anything - brush your teeth - you probably wont want to eat with a minty mouth =]

Hi Amy i would have to say excercise is the key if you want to lose weight but i know losing weight is not that easy especially when temptation comes along in the shape of a chocolate bar!.

If you have stairs in your house use the bottom step as like a stepper, step onto it then off and start by doing a few minutes and slowly increase the time thats one thing you can do at home!.

The next thing you can do is press ups and sit ups these can easily be done around the house!.

Another thing you can try is getting a chair crouch down with your back to the chair, put a hand on either side of the chair and slowly lower and lift yourself up!.

Find some alone time and try it you will soon see the weight drop off good luck!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
